Couldn't let today's beautiful weather go by without firing up the smoker. Cooked using RO lump and hickory. Started with meatloaf:

Everybody in the bowl..



After I made the loaf I had extra so I thought why not...



Then there was extra cut off pieces of bacon so the loaf got a bonus...



Decided to throw on some smoked sausage and a chub of maple flavored BE along the way...



Came out pretty good nothing left to do but eat.....



Stuffed myself! I should be ashamed but I'm not. :D
 
My cardiologist just called and forbade me from ever looking at this post again! FANTASTIC!

do you find smoking smoked sausage gets it too smoky?

I didn't throw it on until near the end and was running pretty much just on lump by then. I don't know if you can tell from the pic but the smoked sausage had just been thrown on and everything else had already been at it awhile.
 
Mighty fine looking batch of groceries there young man. Would gladly tie on the feedbag at your crib any old day. If I had a propa and formal invite of course :oops:
