Spent a week re-newing my CSHO(OSHA crap) so I REALLY needed a Fajita.


Flank steak with Spanish rice, saute'd trinity, and some saute'd jalapenos

Looks great. When ever I make fajitas I always eat too much, it's probably how I'll die.
 
Well now that do look mighty yummy. Now as far as coming home I would say the fella who concocted that meal got to have some roots stretching back to some yup joint in Sunny CA. Now correct me when I'm wrong :D
