Well that left handed brisket stuff was not invented by Connie Baker. It was invented by my dearly departed old cooking mentor named Belly Maynard. Now I aint saying he couldn't have swiped it off Connie of course:) but he was rattling on about that non sense way before 2001. It was designed as a joke to trick yankees.
