Had the butcher shop cut some 1 1/2 inch thick centercut "bone in" chops.

Just an ole standard....Lawrey's Steak & Chop Marinate. Black Pepper & a pinch of Garlic Salt on both sides when they first began to sear.

I think you just decided what I'm having Sunday for dinner! Bone in pork chops are one of my favorite things to eat and yours look outstanding!!!
 
Those chops look just great. Chops are my favorite. I usually get mine at Costco. They are boneless and about 2" thick. They are little roasts and are simply great. My treatment is very simple. I just marinate them in Teriyaki sauce in the frig for about 4 hours and grill them indirect. SOOOOOO good
