Just came across this site that sells wood burning ovens for cooking pizza, bread, meat, you name it. What I found appealing about it is that it is mobile. I could see a Pizza competition circuit springing out of this.

Greg, any interest in getting this guy on the radio. He's from Ohio, looks like the Cincinnati area by the phone number. He is on Twitter as well which is where I met him.

Wow smart thinking. A pizzer competition. As long as somebody give me one with anchovies and japs I would pick it..providing I was the judge of course. I can knock out some serious amounts of the stuff. Now we need a French Bread category cuz I aint gonna mess with that goofy dough. I watched Alton Brown work half a day to come up with one about the size of a saucer. Also be sure to make it legal to cook with gas and electric then nobody have to shell out big bucks for some kinda fancy smancy pizzer cooking wood burner. Just a few thoughts to get you started:)
