Today I was on my own for dinner. Usually if I'm on my own for any meal, I will make breakfast sausage, hashbrowns, eggs, and toast. But today I had a london broil that needed cooking. Since I was alone I was in my own little place and I can't remember what I made a rub out of, but I wish I could cause it was awesome. Served with some grilled red potatoes, and grilled mushrooms. Obviously horseradish was applied too.
