Nope. it were FRESH out the dam cow.

I didn't want a real Italian style so I used ground beef, ground turkey, panko, eggs, thyme, marjoram, coriander, and some Wolfe Rub Bold.

no...had em in the freezer for a bit before the went on to firm them a bit. Put them on the kettle with bottom vent closed 90%, and top vent close 50%...for about 45 minutes, then opened up to full til crisp. nice chuck of cherry was smokin away too.

California. Someone on another forum *(that we don't mention here)* takes credit for "Inventing" them.

But commmmmmon can anyone really lay claim to "inventing" something ELSE made of beef and wrapped in bacon and smoked?
