July 4th grilling with the family.

My oldest came into to town for about a week and a half and just in time for the Independence day. We made pasta salad and grilled sweet potatoes (again) and chicken, skirt steak, burgers and some veggies.

At the helm. Raining but not enough to stop the celebration.

Found my iron griddle fit in my grill. Came in handy.

Chicken with just a little Knox's Cracked Pepper Dry Rub and fresh herbs.

Time to eat and just in time to finish and see some fireworks.

It was not bad if I do say so myself. I spent a little to much time quality checking American Domestics and some things were a bit "cooked" but over all we had a good time. Thanks all!
