Mom& Dad came over and I had to see what all the hype was about. So I grilled up some spares, with just salt & pepper. Also did some blade beef ribs on the WSM (since I didn't hove room on the OTG.

They came off the bone nice, but sorry to say, I prefer the low and slow smoked ribs mo better....Mom & Dad too.
