After seeing Johns post about Fritos I decided to see if they would work in a pinch for use as Fire Starters and sure enough they do! I put a couple Fritos in several spots in my bed of charcoal, lit and voila.....they ignited just as the post said and burnt just long enough to get the coals going. They worked, but not as fast as I needed them so I helped them out with the hose torch. But if you're ever in a pince and don't have a charcoal chimeny or torch handy, grab a bag of Fritos and a lighter or matches and you'll be the MacGyver of the BBQ World!

So now onto the cook. I liberally rubbed these gigantic chicken wings with Dizzy Pigs Tsumani Spin, let sit in the fridge for a couple hours and then rubbed again. Cooked indirect the whole time between 350º-400º. The skin was perfectly crisp and the flavor was great. I did use some Bad Bobs hot sauce on some of them, that's one of my favortie hot sauces, great on lots of things!
