The asparagus is up in east Tennessee and Bev pronounced this the day for one of her favorite meals. We steamed the asparagus and some king crab meat, covered them with a little bernaise and sided with a grilled medium rare filet mignon - darn good eats if I do say so - even without a pic.

Aspergus has to be a top 1 or 2 on favorites.........I love to wrap those in the pilsbury cresant rolls (like a hotdog) and add cheese...oh man are they good when they're done.

I will have to try the asparagus wrapped in crescent rolls, that sounds like it would be amazing, especially topped with some sauce :)

We unfortunately had snow all day today, so don't quite feel like it is spring...and i am so worried about my magnolia tree that was so close to blooming.

Hey cookingmom - They dont need the sauce, haha By the time the sauce is made you will have eaten them all up. :D
