Did not have a chance to take a picture before plating, wife and GC were clamoring for food. Here's mine.

Well if a person would cook it till it was daid..I could eat a bunch of that. Next to Chuck I think Sirloin got the best flavor of any steak. Guessing it take a trip to Sam's to get em in Choice and at that price or I dont how much they charge. Old chum I got swings by there occasionally and buys a great old big one or two which has been cut in 4 sections. Purty fair portion control using that method. They always grill up nice n tender. Tom Thumb was running their store brand marketing scheme called Rancher's Reserve (hits midway twixt select and Choice as far as I can make out) top Sirloin for 2.99 last week. Looked good. Prob should bought some. It hard to find chuck roast for much less than that nowadays.

Outside Phoenix there's a cowboy steak house where they (a) cut off your tie
and (b) bring you a boot on a plate if you order your steak well-done.
