Cappy, I picked these up at Food lion and trimmed them.

The ranch wings were done in powdered ranch dressing with a little bit of olive oil to make it stick. The thai wings were done in a thai marinade and the buffalo wings are done in buffalo sauce and 3 eyz bbq rub.

Well shore I'm shore about that Texican connection Boy. Had kin who died at the Alamo. It was a yankee uncle by marriage who choked to death on the Jim Bowie Corny Dawg at the Alamo concession stand back in the 70's. That before the hiney lick manuver got invented I think. I was actually pushing your leg a little. Figgered it was either ribs or a brisket.
