Long Johns fer my GOSM!
Well up here it can get -20* with a 20 ta 30 MPH wind, the smoker struggles ta keep up temps, so I inuslated it! Used a high temp aluminized insulation board we special order at work. Ifin ya knows where ta look scraps can be had, this stuff is crazy expensive.
https://www.bbq-4-u.com/attachments/p...8a1f00ee98.jpg Got a couple runs on it, sure do make a difference! Got ta temp quick an was lots easier ta maintain! Ok, it's gas! It's easy ta use an I don't have time ta babysit wood er coals! With this I can smoke an get my chores done! An them be snow flakes in the picture! |
That's good thinkin usin the insulation board HB and who cares if it's gas, wood, charcoal, as long as yer a cookin and enjoyin yer viddles.
