Had a buddy bring by a whole deer he shot in early November already processed and frozen. He had another deer which he had more recently shot that he wanted to put into the freezer. He gave me the entire animal, tenderloins and all, more than I would have done when I did hunt! All he asked for was a couple pounds of pulled pork, which I happily gave him along with a couple bottles of rub.

So I thawed out 3lbs of burger last night and created a pot of venison chili this moring. I've been pretty sick lately and haven't felt like cooking outside lately, so I even grilled up some chicken breast on my 'Forman Like' grill that I had marinated in Italian Dressing for about 36 hours for lunch for the week.
