It's a boning knife that Witt told me about. I used it to trim the fat and silver membrane off and it cuts like a hot knife through butter!! I used a large chefs knife to slice with!!
 
Looks good BCH, I done one too injecterd & marinaded in Bock n brown sugar... No pics or video :roll:

Beer and Butter Injection

Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cup regular beer
- 1 Tsp. ground cayenne pepper
- 1 Tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tsp. paprika
- 1 Tsp. salt
