apple brined smoked pork lions. I have 2 whole loins weighing around 9 1/2# each. Any idea on how long they will take to cook on a pellet cooker at say 225-250*?

bigwheel said:I think this is bound to be a bunch of pork chops glued together side by side. Get it up high enough to kill the worms then give up. We aint much on bloody stuff..especially hawgs. I bring it to 150 in the middle. That should work. If you do eat some which is still bloody drink water outta the swimming pool for a week or two. That chlorine supposed to kill exotic parasites. Works on hound dawgs anyway.
