Well, I have a Klose pit and my name is Dallas but I live in the Cleveland area. Is that Klose enough? If business ever takes you to our neck of the woods let us know. I'd be glad to have a beer with ya!

I think Bigwheel is from the Dallas area. Now that would be a great experience for you and an evening to remember. Bigwheel's a member but he doesn't post much here. Might want to check him out on the Texas BBQ rub site.
