It took me forever to convince the wife that pork with just a slight hint of pink was OK to eat...there is no way she's eating bloody looking chicken, I don't care how many articles I have her read. (neither am I for that matter) Good read though.
 
After watching my brother go through a severe salmonella poisoning (not from BBQ - a restaurant) , I woud RUN, RUN, RUN from that chicken! :shock:
 
chicken scares me... I cook it till meat falls off bone.. interesting none the less.... :shock:

Me too Sapo. Every year I get a call to stuff a whole hog with chickens. I know folk do it, but not me scares me to death. :shock: Just like the morons who put mayo salads out in the sun 2hrs before I have to pull a pig off the pit! :roll: Someone gets sick, who is the first to blame? Yea, me. Good info.
