Marinated some skinless chicken thighs in Italian dressing, lime juice, and chopped garlic. Basted with Bone Sucker regular sauce.

Ahhh now pray tell where do the liver..gizzard..heart..preachers nose..and oysters along the back bone fit into this best part o the yard bird equation?

What is the "preachers nose" as far as innards go BW? Liver?
 
I'm not sure, but I think the Preacher nose is that flap of skin on a rooster head?? I'm also thinking that might suck.

pope's nose - Also known as a parson's nose, this is the stubby tail protuberance of a dressed fowl. It seems to have originated as a derogatory term meant to demean Catholics in England during the late 17th century.
