Well, we gave the new catering trailer a trial run this laborday weekend. I set her up at my dads campground on Thursday. We started selling hamburgers, hotdogs, and bbq on Saturday and Sunday. I am very happy with the trailer set up. I am going to make a few changes but nothing too big. We did get a chance to power wash it and we will be painting the roof and trim this week. Here are a few set up pics.

Very nice Bill! What are you going to do with your other trailer??

I am going to keep working on it too. Probably make it into a traveling BBQ comp trailer. I had thought I would sell it but the wife wants to keep it.

Now that is cool, Bill!! Did you have a good take for the first time out?

Neah, for some reason we didnt. The campground was full but no one was at the pool. I guess everyone had meals planned. We broke even though.

Woody, the sinks worked well. They are deep welled.
