Hi gang, its Friday night and the sunset was beautiful in Southern Cal. I had a London Broil marinating since Thursday morning in soy sauce garlic, beer, and some other goodness and I also decided to grill up some bacon wrapped scallops (made a smoke pouch and cooked em on the gasser) and my wife wanted asparagus with butter. Well here’s the pics and I had to include a pic of my wonderful wife...what the hell is she doing with me? Gosh I’m lucky!
