Ran by the grocery store after church and picked of a couple of New York Strips. Put a little salt and pepper and Italian Dressing on them and let them marinate for about 5 hours. Lit a canister of charcoal and let them burn down and put them in the pit sprayed the grill down with pam and them let the grill warm up. Wife had a baked potatoe with butter and cheese and I had a sweet potatoe with butter,cimmamon and brown sugar. We had corn on the cob and cresant rolls.
