What size Bags?

What size FOODSAVER bags are good for about 1 or 1-1/2 pounds of pulled pork? Thanks for the help. db

Dollar we buy the roll and that way you can make whatever size you need.

Well their quart size bags might work but they would be tight and the gallon size are a little big for that amount..if it was me I would go for the gallon size or as TK said you can buy the roll and make your own size bag which in the end is the most economical thing to do. Which is also what I do, I quit buying individual bags some time ago.

Ya i kinda thought the same but man i didnt realize how much the bags cost. I dont need many right now so i was just trying to keep the price down buy buying some of bags on Ebay. thanks.

If you check at WalMart they have bags other than Foodsaver brand that work just as well...they are is the are in the same area as the regular brand name bags...Rival is one other brand that I have used that ae cheaper than FS.
