Friday night I grilled up some Tri-Tip steaks my wife picked up from the grocery store along with some corn and a nice green salad. She makes a really good lemon and dill salad dressing my mom used to make. I scraped a piece of my steak through the dressing and it was really good. Next time I grill steaks I may spread a little on top. On Sunday I grilled up a chicken on the gasser for me and my two kids along with some sautéed mushrooms. I rubbed the chicken down with a little olive oil then sprinkled with some salt and pepper along with some Wolfe Bold. The skin was crispy and tasty. Sorry no pics of the plated chicken, the kids dug in before I could get any.

OK. Something is wrong. I checked the forum and this thread didn't show that it was new??

I almost missed some fine looking cooks because of that.
