Being the appitizer freak that I am, I had to try the sausage balls. They're on the WSM now. The baker in the family is having her concerns about the Bisquick and the low temps..We'll see...Also put a few in the toaster oven at 375 to try....

Taste test complete...the ones cooked in the oven were a bit dry and you could really taste the Bisquick...However, the ones on the WSM were completely differant..Nice and moist..could really taste the cheese and sausage. I also did 50/50 chedder and mozzarella for the cheese. I think the next time I make them, Ill add some finely chopped sweet onions, or chives and/or some finely chopped jalipino's. They cooked in around an hour on the WSM.

1 lb Jimmy Dean
2 cups Bisquick
4 cups cheese

Unlike some here, I feel uncomfortable commenting on some guys balls, including dryness and taste.

wow you've got big balls! Are they Schweddy balls?
Greg said he can't wait to get your balls in his mouth.

seriously, from one guy to another, your balls are nicer
than a mudder @*&!@%.

Uh Ok what was the bisquik for? Kinda like a sausage & cheese bisciut all in one?

Down here some places sell breakfast in a cup.
Its eggs, grits meat of choice topped with a biscuit
