Those babies are good JB! I pigged out at Poche's lunch buffet yesterday just north of Breaux Bridge. It's rare that you will find anything green on their buffet but yesterday they had peas. My favorite is the smothered rabbit on Tuesdays.

You're welcome. I worked in a bakery off and on for a couple years. I know a few things. If y'all have any questions lemme know.
