Briskets, butt,fatties, boudin and beans

Cooking a brisket for my sister and brother in law. A butt for one of my wholesale buyers and a couple of fatties for the Saturday employess for breakfast. Threw some boudin a brisket and some beams for my wife. Seeing the beans post today I thought we would try smoking some beans.




When we took the pics of all the food on the smoker the briskets were at 140 and 148 and the butt was at 161.

Well the fatties are gone and the boss said I need to cook more next time. I'll say it again I have learned alot from this forum and love it. Guys keep the ideas coming.
 
I didn't take any pics of the boudin. :oops: Didn't care to much for the beans had to much of a smokey taste. If I do them again gonna put them in a dutch oven and leave the lid slightly open.
