Got some thighs on and just added the glaze.

Our friend brought over a 12 lb packer and two racks of BB ribs also.

This one will go on abour 2100.

The ribs will go on in the morning.

Lookin' real good RB.
What comps are you doing this year?

OK, here goes.
Gonzalas, LA March 14,15th
Hammond,LA March 29, 30th
Lafayette in May
Grand Coteau in Nov
Port Allen in Oct
Florien in Nov

And I may cross over into Texas. Maybe.

Cook looks like it's going good. I will try to hook up with you and get that stuff from you that I talked to you about a couple weeks ago.

Food looked great.
Good luck in the comps this year ;)
Is there a recipe for the butter bean corn mix or do you just mix them together and eat 'em?

Real nice Ron, they should do well in the comps. Now, if you ever hook up with JB and have a pop drinking comp you might be in trouble.

Nice looking yard bird parts there Ron. Sure you gonna give em a hard spanking on the comp circuit.
