Here's what me and a bud had on Race day....
I was looking for a cornbread recipe that used cream style corn (just cuz I don't use it often and was looking to get rid of it) and found a recipe on Epicurious.com...turned out more like a casserole, but still yummy. It has just 1 cup of cornmeal in it and some green chile's n onions (I used Red, cuz I was looking to get rid of that big onion too).
Spares w/ Scotty rub, some slaw, beans w/ the rib skirt, that cornbread thingie, and WANGS (didn't get a shot of them cooking on the OTG)
Ribs were over RO lump, and had some WICKED winds... so had to keep a close eye on the Mav. But they came out perfect. Nice clean bite away from the bone.
