I saw this on the Virtual Weber Bullet site so I decided to give it a try today when I saw a package of wings at the grocery. I sprinkled rub on the wings and smoked the wings about 2 1/2 hours. I had a time with the temperature. I then fried the wings for about 1 or 2 minutes. The sauce was Frank's Hot Sauce and butter. To be honest I think I would rather just have either smoked wings or regular buffalo wings...but I like trying different things on the smoker.

Here are the pictures.

Yea I agree. Kind of like one of those things you just have to do every now and then. I did them one time too. No big deal or WOW factor. They were fun to do. Nice frier ya got there. :D

I smoked some wings as well, but I just put em in a 450 oven for about 25 minutes, and they turned out pretty good... Used Home BBQ rub on em. like the taste :)
