You threw a craving on me so I went and bought a couple of chuck roast and plan on smoking them this coming week. Hope they turn out as good as the ones you cooked.
 
When I'm serving pulled chuck to other people I put out a variety of sauces, including thick red-brown ones (for the mid-continent folks), mustard-based, and vinegar-based. I'll sometimes try out a new one I've just gotten, but I almost always reach for the Scott's, which IMO goes well with any meat.

Well I had to try a couple of the chuck roast and it turned out very good. Also threw in a couple of chickens in to go with it. This is my first uplink hope it works out.
