JB,

Looks great.

Is there a pizza dough recipe that can be made a few hours before you want to make the pizza? There have been times on a Saturday say about 1 PM and I'm thinking about supper and think it would be good to have homemade pizza and then I say to myself well it needs to sit for 24 hours so homemade pizza is out.

Here are some of the best on the planet.
You can let em rise on the countertop & use them in a few hours, They do taste better after a 12 to 24 hour fridg rise.

You can also go by your local pizza joint & buy a dough ball from them. Most pizza places will sell them for cheap
