My first LINK sausage's

I didnt have time to post these the other day due to Fire Calls and a minor family emergency so here they are today.

I made 5.5 lbs of Hot Italian Sausage and 5.5 lbs of Brats. I have them in the fridge now drying so I can vac seal them later today.

Yeppers. I do need to find some different stuffer tubes though. The one I have is tappered and is a pain in the ARS to put on. That and I was putting on too much at a time. I only plan on doing small batches for now. 10-12# at a time.
 
Looks good Bill. A 20 lb batch is purty hard to beat. Small enough to handle but enough to make it worthwhile to wash all the equipment and clean up everything twice. Tried a 40 lb run once or twice. Like to have kilt me.
