Got frost on the way so I picked ALL of the remaining peppers. The habaneros and scotch bonnets were a little green but still had good flavor and heat.(in the small part of the zinc, boy!
Made a big batch of salsa and turds. Froze the hab and scotches. The rest will be grabbed up (Hopefully) by mt sons tomorrow when they visit with their families.
Smoking a big Angus brisket. Comp training.
Running a chicken test today for me and the queen.

Gonna get serious on the pepper growing next year.

Good harvest!!! What do you make with the habeneros?

Some I cut in half and store in 100% vinegar, then eat with sandwiches and dinner.
Others I make a killer sauce from that I use on everything.
