Someone asked about brining mix. I know Wittdog is looking for one.
The one I use came from Cooks Magazine. You can add any choice of seasonings for flavor, but I don't think it does much. This brine DOES product a moist bird (sounds like an aliment).

! gallon of water
1/4 cup non iodized salt (try sea or Kosher)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup molasses
whatever seasonings....onion powder, garlic powder, etc.

Double batch works well for a full size turkey in a stock pot.

I gonna use this brine for my chicken thighs, I'm making 50! :D
I'm gonna put them in a 5 gal bucket.
How long do you think I should brine them for in the Frig, overnight?
