That sounds better than what I was going to do. I have lemon pepper on the fillets and then butter. I guess I'll infrared those babies.. Thanks for the recipe BrianJ! :D
 
"Rub the Butt is correct. It was a 24" Spanish Mackerel.. I'm trying to get a small shark to Grill up... :shock:
