Sounds like you seared the flavor into that bird. Too bad about the pics. We are addicted to food porn. You may want to try cooking at lower temps next time. I cook chickens at med temp. The skin wont burn that way. IMHO.

I could be wrong.... but i don't think he burnt the skin. 8-[
He probably was at a pretty good temp for chicken.
