Nothing to joke about GH. I did a whole meat cook a few years back, Aunt Maratha ran out of fridge space and the whole crowd brought a load of mayo base sides. Someone get's sick? Who is the first to get the blame? Yea, ME!
Solved the problem with a kid plastic pool and sent the husband to get ice. covered the pool on a round pool for the sides I was sure it could support the weight, and covered it with a table skirt around the edge. Never know it was a kids cheap pool. Worked great! Refused many a cater from them over the years as they were careless, and stupid. Didn't mind them using my big electric chiller, just add $50.00 to the bottom line on the bill of fair. You just never know with uneducated That just don't know, or don't think about what they are doing. (idiots wanted to send me a check. Yea, right.) COD BABY, COD. This is for the new guys. You old boys know the rules.

Beware, they are out there! Been burned one time. Never again.

I probably would eat it. Not in a chicken salad but in anything reheated to a safe temp. Might even cut it up and make chicken soup.
