I plan to fry up some wings on sunday and I am looking for a good wing sauce recipe. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Chris

Chris I am glad you asked...let me say that by a looooooooooong shot,
my favorite wing sauce is Rev. Marvins Hot BBQ Sauce and honey.
If you ordered some and have it on hand, use a cup of sauce and about
5 tablespoons of honey...adjust to your liking.

If not, I know it's too late for Sunday. I can reccomend a few more...do want buffalo style, or bbq?

Do you have any Texas Pepper Jelly?

The Rev's hot bbq and honey does make a mighty fine wing.

or...

1 lb dk brown
2/3 cup mustard
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup Southern Comfort

Mix cold mustard and other ingredients and bring to a simmer. Simmer 10 - 15 minutes and cool until mixture coats the back of a spoon. Toss with smo-fried wings. Damn tasty.

I'll post this in the poultry section
