Zilla leverything ooks great! How long did it take you to butchering the hog after you got it? Great Job I enjoyed the pictures.
 
Link - It took about an hour and a half from the time I pulled the beast from the truck till I was ready to put the rub on it.

Bob - The taste of a feral hog is different but it's hard to say how. It just has more flavor i guess. Domestic commercial seem kind of bland. The wild meat is very lean though and you have to be careful with it.
 
My neighbor shot one last week....took it to the processor to get sausage made, but saved the loin,..we're cooking it this weekend. Should be interesting.
