Whats it called?

That right there is a genuine I-talian sausage stuffed with tomatillos and onions and jalepeno, red pepper cheddar cheese. (My 1st attempt at a FaTTY)The other things are the Shickons for lack of a better name shrimp wrapped in chicken wrapped in bacon & marinated in red wine and orange straw/bannana juice. (we'll see) Thae last itme they were killer but i used a different marinade. The foil pan is left over shrimps and bacon in white wine and butter. ;) :D :D :D

EDIT: THAT RIGHT THERE IS A GENUINE CAPPY STUFFED SAUSAGE WITH TOMATILLOS AND ONYONS AND JALEPENO, RED PEPPER CHEDDAR CHEESE AND THOSE OTHER THINGS ARE CAPPYS CHICKIN.
 
it was ok (the shrimp chick/bacon wrap) ....everyone loved the sausage...................thats a hit holy shi* it was goood. I took it to 180* but 170* would'of been better im sure ,,,... well now i know.

We'll see next week. hahahaha........
