What else do you do with your butt...

Ive got a butt that I haven't pulled or sauced yet...any ideas for a main course besides sandwitch's ?

I think we need a good tamale recipe posted in the recipe section.

If any of you guys ever go fishing on Toledo Bend there is a little town in Lousiana called Zwolle. It is south of Many La. They have a tamale fesitval every year that is a pretty big gathering for such a small town.

Here is a link from last years event. The tamales that these locals sell are incredible. :biggrin:
