It passed the Inlaw test with flying colors. Sorry no pics of the finished roast. It got snatched before I could snap one.

(IBCA uncle bigwheel!! All I need is a box with a piece of foil)

Chicken looks great.

What did you do to it>?

The color is amazing

Nothing special diva. Cooked them at 265 in the Stumps 222 till almost done and then glazed them and let the glaze set until they were ready to pull.

The sauce cannot pool or puddle in the box so you have to make sure it is cooked on and sticky.

had a small electrical fire
Dang, tough luck. How much damage?

Don't really know for sure yet. A lot of what was plugged in is now fried. So far the fridge and pool pump is replaced as its "essential" the rest I won't know until its tested. Oven, washer/dryer, well pump etc.

yes, all good there. Carpet is being replaced, furniture washed, walls painted. Just some minor smoke damage from the electronics frying. Man, does that stink!!

The cat may need some counselling, but other than that, everything is good so far. Just finding out as we go what needs replacing.
