Week 5 Cook

[Green Hornet]

My wife came back from Vacation and saw how good the chuck turned out and I told her to get some beef ribs and some chuck and I would cook them up. Well she thought I said chuck OR ribs. So all I got was chuck, which ain't too bad cept she picked up a three pack of boneless chuck shoulder that looks mighty lean. She did find about a foot long Jimmy Dean sausage roll thogh, so we will eat fatties for dinner if this doesn't work.

nope just a few too many adult beverages!
Turned out a bit dry. Most likely from the lack of fat,tasted good. Made some sandwiches for work and will make some mac-salad with the leftovers.
