Wednesday Night Smoked BabyBack Dinner

After looking at all the great post for te past couple of days, I had a hankerin for some ribs tonight. So I picked up some BabyBacks on my way home. Go home started up the "Weber" and got to Q'in.

Dang! Those are some beautiful racks of ribs. I don't think I've ever seen such nice racks. Well, I have but, we'll keep it PG here for now. Where do you shop for ribs like that? Very nice result too!

So how long on the smoker? 3/2/1 method? Or just a 4-6 hour low smoke?

Nice ribs! I love cooking ribs, but don't care for them.......but my family loves them so I'm forced to cook the all the time! I think I could eat one or 10 of yours!
