Turn-in box pics, help wanted

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that enjoys cooking.
If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
Chicken is a little too dark and the lettuce isnt very even around the box. That dark color hurt our scores at my last comp.
Brisket is kind of blotchy but the lettuce is much better in this box then the thighs. I thought your pork turn in looked the best of the three shown.

I bet it all taste great though.

I don't compete, and some people have pummeled me for offering my *honest* opinions... but here they are, and they're meant with the best intentions...

But yeah....I think the chicken was too big, and a lil dark.

A tad too much puddling of the sauce on the brisket and the slices looked a little thick (#2 pencil width is what I try to shoot for), and needed to be framed a little better.

Pork looks ok, but would like to see it more uniform, and better framing with lettuce.

That being said...I don't know anything...like some of the people have said.
