My wife got a frozen ECT ( El Cheapo Turkey ) at work on Sat. She put it in the fridge at her work. We picked up after Church today and it is well into the thawing process. I pushed on it a bit and it feels a little icy but not firm.
I am sure the inside is still frozen.
Should I put it back in the freezer and get it back out on Tue night or just leave it at the back of the fridge until Thursday ?
I am not going to brine.
Suggestions ?
