Can some one remind me of the aprox cook time calculation to smoke a bird. I know all the "it depends on crap".. just looking for xxx for every pound..

15 min/lb @ 325°. 20 min/lb @ 300°. Your mileage may vary.

we will be at 225...prob go with the 30 mins a lb and be a little conservative.. we can keep it hot in the cambro...

Max, Max, Max. Please get into the path of how JP rolls. 
Well I knew it was a test. The only humans on earth who follow the time vs temp equation are old widder ladies who bake chocolate chip cookies..TV Chefs etc. Emeril say bring pushed pork up to 160 forget now how many mins in the stew pot etc. Some of this can make a person get upset.
