Threw this on at 325 for about 3 hours. It was cheap and froze when I got it. So after a few days in the fridge it got brined and then injected and then cooked:

That's called a "Tipsey Chicken" holder for cooking a beer butt chicken. The turkey had a cavity and I said what the heck. I wanted it to stand upright anyway.

No liquid in the holder, but I did inject the hell out of the breast with Creole Garlic Butter.
